Specific Skills: Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs. Basic use of tools and machines. Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on plumbing. Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on electrical. Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on appliances. Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies, Repair drywall, Perform routine maintenance jobs and repairs. Basic use of Industrial vacuum cleaners/power sweepers, Carpet cleaning machines, Polishing machines.Work with minimal supervision.
Transportation: Own transportation needed. Travel expenses not paid by employer. Public transportation is not available.
Work Conditions & Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, attention to detail. Bending, crouching, kneeling & lifting.
Essential Skills: Oral communication, decision making, job task planning and organizing, continuous learning
