Booking & Cancellation Policy:

All room rates are based on double occupancy,per night and in Canadian funds.Extra  persons are $20.00 each plus tax.

All room rates are subject to 5% Goods and Service Tax (GST) and 8% Hotel Tax.

Value and Regular Season:

A non-refundable one nights deposit including tax is due at the time of booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If notice of cancellation is given more than 14 days prior to arrival,the balance is fully refundable but the deposit remains non-refundable. Cancellations 13 days or less,deposit and balance is 100% non-refundable. A cancellation number is given for all cancellations.

Christmas and New Year's:

There is a 3 night minimum stay during Christmas. There is a 4 night minimum stay over New Year's. : A non-refundable one nights deposit plus tax is due at time of booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Once the balance is paid it also becomes non-refundable.

Packages:

A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 per person is due at the time of booking.The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.If notice of cancellation is given more than 14 days prior to arrival, ( A cancellation number is given ) the balance is fully refundable but the deposit remains non-refundable. Cancellations 13 days or less, deposit and balance is 100% non-refundable. Unused portions of the packages are non-refundable.
